Kevin Federline wants to go to court to ask Britney Spears to pay even more child support for his two children. According to TMZ, the singer’s ex-husband doesn’t think it’s fair that he receives “only” US$40,000 a month and has to spend 100% of his time with them.

Parents of Jayden James and Sean Preston, it was agreed in the past that both Kevin and Britney would have 50% custody of the children. However, it’s been a few years since the pop artist has been in contact with her heirs.

Even if Britney Spears’ ex-husband manages to get an increase in child support, the singer will only have to pay for her youngest son, as Sean will turn 18 in a few weeks and the payment obligation will end.

For his part, Jayden, who is 16, will have his mother’s financial support until 2025. As a result, Kevin Federline will have to fight to increase the $20,000 alimony for just one of his children if he can prove that the amount is not enough to fully care for the youngster.

Having not seen her children for two years, Britney didn’t object when her ex-husband decided to move to Hawaii with the boys. Despite encouraging Jayden and Sean to look for their mother, according to TMZ, the rapper didn’t want to force them into anything.
