The 37-year-old star captured the attention of locals and strangers upon her arrival at the Hollywood Masonic Temple facilities where she was the special guest of the talk show.
She posed for the paparazzi cameras dressed in a luxurious and sensual outfit signed by Aleksandre Akhalkatsishvil and made up of a long-sleeved crop top with a deep lapel neckline that matches high-waisted pants with crossed details on the belly and flared legs.
She paired her rocker – style look with a pair of black platform heels, chunky silver earrings, and her eye-catching engagement ring.
The California Gurls interpreter defined her features with nude lips , peach blush on her cheekbones, wide black eyelashes and a perfect black cat eye ; she styled her dark hair into a high, messy bun, parted in the middle and wavy strands on the sides of her face.
Along with the celebrity, her companions from American Idol, Lionel Richie and Luke Bryan , who also joined the recording of the program to promote the new season , were seen . Both judges posed for the cameras smiling before entering the set.
Perry shared behind-the-scenes videos and photos on her social media , from her backstage preparation to glamorous shots of the three of them posing smiling and chatting with Kimmel .
The celebrity has been keeping busy in recent weeks with a series of work projects, including recording segments of American Idol in Hawaii , releasing new music and her acclaimed residency in Las Vegas.
In her interview with Jimmy Kimmel , Katy talked about the bond she has had with the city since she was a child before moving back to California , where she is originally from.
“Yeah, I always thought a residency [in Las Vegas] would be in the cards for me. And I wanted it. Then when I decided I was going to do it, I started to remember all this family folklore,” she said.
“My aunt was a topless showgirl. My grandmother was a seamstress for the showgirls. My dad was a driver. My parents met in Las Vegas and then got married there.”
He stressed that the hotel where her family worked was the Stardust Hotel, which is now Resorts World, where he has succeeded with her residence .
He recently finished her series of concerts in the City of Sin, but due to its resounding success, the residency was extended with 24 more dates until August.
