Although Drake bet $700,000 on the Chiefs beating the Eagles in the Super Bowl, he ended up investing more than $1 million total on other accomplishments

Canadian singer Drake has done it again. A regular in sports betting, the Super Bowl LVII to be played this Sunday in Glendale, Arizona, will be no exception and therefore he bet more than $700,000 dollars on the victory of Kansas City Chiefs over Philadelphia Eagles.

This is what Drake told on his Instagram account, where he posted an image with his total bet for the Super Bowl, which was not only focused on the match between Chiefs and Eagles, but also included other interesting achievements.

The main one of all was the Chiefs victory, where for the $700,000 dollars invested he could get $1,477,000 dollars, a little more than 50% of his bet.

Likewise, he invested $100,000 ($50,000 dollars each) in predicting that the first touchdown of the game would be scored by Patrick Mahomes or Juju Smith-Schuster, while another $50,000 dollars was betting that the Chiefs would win both halves.

As if that wasn’t enough, another $30,000 will look for Kansas City to dominate all four quarters against Philadelphia, $25,000 for Travis Kelce to win the MVP of the game and $60,000 for a tight end to win the Most Valuable Player.

The bet was made through the cryptocurrency app Stake and this is not the first time Drake has made such a bet on an event of such magnitude.

In 2022, Drake won about $300,000 dollars by guessing that the Los Angeles Rams would be crowned against the Cincinnati Bengals and although on that occasion he hit the winner, the rapper has been characterized over the years for squandering millions of dollars on sports and not getting any payback.
