After an alleged relapse, Demi Lovato would have returned to the rehabilitation clinic in December and spent a few days there, according to information from the international website Page Six. The singer has been quietly admitted three years after an overdose that nearly took her life.

A source close to Demi told the outlet that she has returned to the rehab clinic in Utah.
“It’s unclear when the admission took place, but it apparently happened around the time he announced he’d decided to give up any and all drugs to keep his sobriety at one hundred percent.”
