Pete Davidson is looking for new owners for the apartment he owns in New York.

New York comedian and actor Pete Davidson, 29, is looking for new owners for his luxurious apartment in the Staten Island area.

The property, for which he paid about $1.2 million two years ago and is located on the seventh floor, was put on the market for $1,299,000.

According to the technical file, released by various media specialized in the sale of real estate, the residence has an extension of 1,592 square feet, two bedrooms, two full bathrooms and one half bathroom.

The apartment is completed by a hall, a kitchen, a dining room, a living room, a main room, a billiard room, a balcony lined with artificial grass, among other rooms.

The kitchen is semi-open and somewhat spacious. It is equipped with white and gray cabinets, with stainless steel appliances and with a bar that can be used to prepare food, but also as a breakfast area for five people.

The main bedroom has space for a large bed, with a dressing room, with access to the balcony, as well as a bathroom with a vanity, a toilet, a bathtub and a shower.

In addition to attracting attention for its interiors and its good taste in decoration, Pete Davidson’s still home has spectacular views of the sea.

The apartment, to which he moved after ceasing to live in his mother’s basement, enjoys in its common areas a gym, barbecue area, event rooms, among other amenities.

The sale occurs because he currently resides on Broadway.
