Projectors have evolved a lot in recent years. Very bulky, and often noisy, heavy and expensive, they have become portable and affordable. New example today.
Projectors are a very interesting solution to the conventional television. Most often used completely in a living room, there are now “pocket” models, so to speak, whose primary purpose is to be carried with you so you can enjoy them wherever you go. be, as long as you have a projection surface, obviously. Here is a new benchmark in this segment at ASUS, the ZenBeam Latte L1.
ASUS unveils the ZenBeam Latte L1
Projectors have an advantage over televisions, which is that they do not necessarily pollute your room like the black panel – turned off – of a conventional TV inevitably does. The device knows how to be discreet in the room and the projection surface can easily be hidden if it is a canvas, or even be completely invisible if we project directly on a wall. Some projectors also have the luxury of being portable, allowing you to project photos and videos wherever you are.
An LED spotlight the size of a coffee cup
If you are looking for a projector like this, you might be interested to learn that ASUS just unveiled the ZenBeam Latte L1 which, as the name suggests, is a portable LED projector that is roughly the size of ‘a coffee cup. In other words, it is very easily transportable. Just slip it into a bag and you’re done.
The projector also has built-in speakers, Harman Kardon signature speakers moreover, capable of delivering up to 10 W of power. ASUS claims that its projector offers a maximum brightness of 300 lumens and offer a diagonal of 40 and 120 inches. The included battery, meanwhile, offers 3 hours of autonomy in video and up to 12 hours in audio.
For the time being, ASUS has not communicated the prices of its device but this ZenBeam Latte L1 should arrive on the North American market in the second quarter of 2021. Hopefully it will be available soon in our regions.
