MOSCOW, Jan 25- Russia plans to reduce the export and transit of oil from its western ports, Primorsk, Ust-Luga and Novorossiisk, to 4.63 million tonnes in February compared to 6.32 million tonnes. they would be loaded on those roads in the first month of the year, the preliminary program showed on Monday.
Daily oil shipments will decline 19% in February from the previous month’s plan, according to Reuters calculations.
