The emotional letter with which Eugenia Osborne remembers Sandra Domecq

Although 17 years have passed since his death, his memory is still present in his daughters, Alejandra, Claudia and Eugenia, the three daughters Sandra Domecq had with the singer Bertin Osborne.

Today Eugenia wanted to pay tribute to her on such an important date. For this reason, the instagramer has published an image of her mother, in black and white, and the following message:

“Today you would be 68 years old. It’s been 17 years since you left but I think of you every day. I think of telling you what has happened to me during the day, the anecdotes of your grandchildren, asking you for advice on life and work, hearing you laugh or get angry (now I laugh remembering you angry)”, begins her moving testimony.

“All those who were lucky enough to know you remember you with so much love and affection that I could not feel more fortunate that you were my mother. You were so special, beautiful, funny, spiritual, wise and magical”, she lists the infinite qualities that her mother possessed.

“I hope to be with you again, although not too soon. Happy birthday”, concludes her emotional text.

Eugenia has recalled on more than one occasion that her mother’s greatest wish is that the sisters always remain united, as it has been. One of its great mottos is “one for all and all for one”. “My mother instilled it in us when we were little and I think it is the best legacy she left us,” says Eugenia.

The previous one was not an easy year for the daughter of Bertín Osborne, who announced her separation from the father of her children, Juan Melgarejo, last July. An amicable breakup after ten years of marriage and almost fourteen of a relationship.

The remembered and beloved Sandra Domecq passed away on August 13 of 2004 after a hard battle against cancer.

Claudia also remembered her mother on her wedding day, with a photo of Sandra dressed as a bride and the following note:

“Today it’s my turn, mom. by my side at the altar, but, as you promised me, even if it is not possible for you to be there physically, here you will be holding my hand from heaven, and that is how I will feel it. Always with me.”
