The sequel to Grand Theft Auto is surely one of the most anticipated games for the next few years. Even though the fifth installment of the hit Rockstar Games series continues to ride its success and still adds content regularly, rumors about GTA 6 have been chaining since several months. And a recent leak on the 4Chan site, before being relayed on Reddit, could teach us things about the future title. Be careful, however, this information should be taken with enormous tweaks.
A city inspired by Miami
The game’s presentation could take place in the spring of 2022 with an eventual release in October 2023. The story will take place in a city inspired from Miami to Vice City and it would take approximately 60 hours to complete the main story. The map should be smaller than Red Dead Redemption 2 but denser. In addition, the game should take place over several years, so we could observe an evolution of cars or clothing. If the previous rumors spoke of a female character, this one would tell us about a male character of Italian origin.
