Masterful update Google Calendar gives your Android a boost
Remember those days of one of those thick school calendars or just a little pocket calendar? Nowadays, you no longer use them due to the advent of the smartphone. Still, the latter can be even better, and Google Calendar on Android proves that.
If you have a smartphone, chances are you use a dedicated calendar app, such as those from Google, Apple or Microsoft. The former is now getting an ideal feature on Android that is secretly long overdue.
I have shared earlier about Google preparing to add event link sharing directly from Google Calendar app, it was not functional before. Now it works and here is a video showing it in action.#Google #Android pic.twitter.com/c4DDkP6cwY

A new feature for Google Calendar
In Google Calendar on Android, you will soon easily add all kinds of events. Still, some things could really be better. One of them now has a nice upgrade that reduces the amount of time you spend on it.
If you organize an event, you can add a share button in the Android version. This makes it easy to quickly invite a large group without having to add everyone’s e-mail address. Party of course and all the more so if you are organizing just the one.
Once you’ve created an event in Google Calendar, you can use the special share button. You’ll find it under name and date. When you click it, you can choose from different apps on which to share the event. For example, your friends on WhatsApp, Telegram or any other app on Android.
When you share the event on that, invitees can click yes, no or maybe. Then the link is forwarded to their email without you having to do anything extra.
Still a bit of a wait for the update on Android
The new feature for Google Calendar on Android is still in development. Twitter user AssembleDebug shared a video on the platform showing exactly how it works. Because it is still in development, it is unknown exactly when we can expect this feature. Presumably that will be soon, as it already looks pretty finished from the looks of it.
In addition, he also shared another improved feature. It will soon be even easier to select a date in Google Calendar on Android. That way you no longer have to scroll endlessly for a special year, for example.
