How to solve the crow puzzle Who is the glutton who succumbed to greed in Genshin Impact
To get to the puzzle during the SUmmertime Odyssey event, head to the Golden Apple Archipelago, specifically Twinning Isle. There are 11 crow puzzles to solve on the island, but the one we’re looking for is on the northwest tip of the island, near the beach. We’ve marked the location on the map below.

Statues of crows are arranged around a table, discussing who ate the cake. Like all the other puzzles on the island, you have to pay attention to what they are talking about and don’t forget to watch the scarves of the talking crows. That’s because they follow these simple rules:
- crows with a blue scarf always tell the truth.
- crows with a red scarf often lies.
With that in mind, listen to the questioning crow lay out the puzzle:
“Even the crow that feeds on spoiled meat is sometimes tempted to taste what is not its own…
Seeker of secrets, I want to know: Who is the glutton who succumbed to greed?”
Hear statements from the other crow statues, all of whom could be guilty. The cast is made up of:
- chief raven
- Crow keeps desperate
- rude crow
- Tough Guardian Crow
- Diligent Guard Crow
- Weird Eating Guardian Crow
- Chief Raven Guard

Notice the Diligent Guard wears a red sash when he says “I wasn’t there yesterday, it wasn’t me!, it’s a lie. It means it was diligent guard who ate the cake. Interact with the Diligent Guard statue to solve the puzzle and claim the prize.
