You can find a Trial of Merlin in Hogwarts Legacy while exploring Upper Hogsfield. Judgment of Merlin is to the south of this camp, overlooking a hill. How to Complete Merlin’s Trial in Upper Hogsfield in Hogwarts Legacy
You can find the Upper Hogsfield Merlin Trial south of the village. It is a short distance from town and we recommend using a broomstick to get there. When you arrive, use the Malvasulce leaves to activate the challenge. It won’t change much in the surroundings, but rocks will appear and you’ll need to destroy them to complete the trial.

You can find most of these rocks from your starting position on the Merlin Trial icon. You can see two of them from the southeast. One will be on a cliff overlooking the area and the other further south on top of a rock. You can use Confringo or Bombardo spells to destroy them. We don’t recommend using other spells because they don’t have the range of these two options, making it easier to hit them from afar.

To the northwest of the starting point of Merlin Trial, you can find one further north on top of the rocks and one to the west, on the cliff. As above, use Bombardo or Confringo on it.

The last rock is behind a rock to the west, a short distance from the Merlin Trial.

Merlin’s Judgment ends after destroying all the rocks. This will add another completed Merlin’s Trial to your collection.
