The patch notes for the first Hogwarts Legacy The February update is out. While there will be additional PS5-specific fixes and gameplay improvements, the patch notes for the Xbox Series X update | S and PC say there will be fixes for various save bugs and a variety of different crash scenarios.

Hogwarts Legacy February Update Patch Notes

The goal of this first Hogwarts Legacy update is to improve the overall performance and stability of the game, as well as to ensure that the connection to online servers is as reliable as needed. This includes ensuring the trophy data is sent to the Wizarding World portal. While the notes don’t mention PS5 fixes, this will also include a fix for the broken tracker on the Collector’s Edition trophy.     • Fixed a memory leak with the HL-313 Global Illumination System.

The patch will go live for PS5 players later this week, although we don’t have an exact date as the update was delayed for a few days. We don’t know the reasons for this, but we assume it’s due to a last minute issue that was found for the PS5 version.
